Career
So many people are searching for answers, especially for personal fulfillment, or questioning what they believe. Maybe you’re one of those people who has completed your education and have a really great job, but something is off or just missing the mark.
You have worked hard in your life; you get to travel and see places or amazing vistas, but something is not quite right. You keep questioning yourself and seeking happiness or just having some peace in your life.
I can remember when I graduated college, I still did not know what I wanted to do. So, I took a position that had a limit of two years. I figured at the end of 2 years I would know better. But no, that was not the case. While I did enjoy this job and got an immense amount of satisfaction, still no answers. This bothered me that I could not make up my mind about a career.
You see I come from the generation where you were told to find a job and do it for the rest of your life. But my experience has been multifaceted so I can do a lot of things. There was a problem. I really enjoyed doing a lot of different things and not many jobs or careers offer that many varieties.
After receiving my master’s in counseling, I began to really dive into why I could not make up my mind about a career and find my niche. As a counseling intern, I was introduced to the world of career counseling. I loved it!
Today, there are many careers’ tests or tests to find strengths, to determine what kind of leader you are. There is so much information on the internet and it can be confusing.
At Ramp up to Leadership and Life Coaching, I can help you navigate this information to become clearer and more concise on how you want to live your life and be certain of your destination.
I love helping people!
